Cookie Dough Protein Balls

Delicious. Doughy. Vegan.

You will need:

1 3/4 Cups Raw Cashews

7-8 Medium Pitted Dates

1/3 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

1 Cup Vanilla Plant-Based Protein Powder

2 Tsps Ground Cinnamon

1/3 Cup NoShu Chocolate Chips

Add raw cashews to the food processor or blender.

Add dates and blitz again. 

In a large mixing bowl, combine dates+ cashew mix, milk, cinnamon, and protein powder together. 

Fold in the chocolate chips. 

Roll the dough into balls and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
