Blogmas – Gingerbread Fudge

An easy vegan fudge, that’s gingerbread flavoured and perfect as a last minute gift or for on your Christmas table.

Gingerbread Fudge

1 c. sweetened condensed coconut milk

300g dark chocolate, melted

1 tsp. ground nutmeg

1 tsp. ground cinnamon

1 tsp. ground ginger

Mix together melted dark chocolate and sweetened condensed coconut milk.

Add spices & stir.

Transfer fudge into a tray lined with baking paper.

Refrigerate for two hours.

For decoration sprinkle with crushed candy canes or walnuts before placing in fridge.

Cut into squares and enjoy!
