Vegan Chocolate Treats

These were surprisingly easy to make & were more of an idea that I had & luckily all ingredients were in the pantry. 

Simple, light & much lower in saturated fat & calories than the common chocolate crackle.
Melt about 2 tablespoons of coconut oil in a bowl over simmering water, then add 150 grams of dairy free vegan chocolate chips & 2 tablespoons of carob powder. 
Stir until melted & thoroughly mixed. 
Coconut oil is a better choice than copher or butter as it’s a ‘healthier’ form of saturated fat, aids digestion & can aid weightloss. Not to mention it’s good for your skin & hair.
Once melted add the mixture to 1.5 cups of puffed wheat & stir until all the grains are coated. 
I scooped the mix into clear plastic cake pans that I had in the cupboard but patty pans can be used too. Once filled refrigerate for two hours & then enjoy.
This recipe made 16 (73 calorie) small treats or 8 (146 calorie) large.
