It’s just amazing how much social media influences people & the variety of information that can be shared.
Reputable websites with references or those endorsed by medical or nutritional practitioners are always best.
I would always double check what people are advising & take their opinions
& advice with a grain of salt (or is that pinch of salt..? Regardless.. apparently table salt is no good these days either, too processed ).
I just love the fact that I can personally contact health professionals, writers & dietitians & be in such quick & easy communication. It’s great when using someone’s recipe, or receiving a thank you tweet from Zoe Bingley-Pullin after complimenting her ‘Eat, Taste, Nourish’ book.
